case studies

We have extensive experience in large and small group facilitation for stakeholder consultations in the context of change management.  Below are some relevant examples of our experience:

Community Consultative Workshops: Digital Literacy for Older Australians
Department of Social Services

We facilitated a series of workshops which brought together community and peak body stakeholders in order to gather input into the design and implementation of a new federal government program which aims improve the digital skills, confidence and online safety of older Australians.

Peak Body Round Table: Volunteering Roundtable
Volunteering Australian and the Department of Social Services

We facilitated a workshop that engaged peek volunteering organisations, regulatory and insurance agencies, experts and researchers.  The roundtable engaged participants to commit to harmonisation for volunteering in the pending change agenda.

Expert Reference Group: Giving Australia 2016
Prime Minister's Community Business Partnership

We designed and facilitated a workshop to give peak bodies a platform to preview pre-released research findings and themes, and to discuss these findings in further detail. The workshop also provided an opportunity to engage with researchers on how this valuable research can improve sector outcomes and benefit those in the giving network when released.

Industry and Advocate Consultation: Ban on Cosmetic Testing on Animals
Department of Health

We planned and facilitated stakeholder forums and consultations on the federal government election commitment to ban cosmetic testing on animals. The forums enabled government to gain an understanding of the impact of this commitment on industry and animal advocate groups.

Stakeholder Workshop: Female Veterans and Families Forum
Department of Veterans Affairs

We planned and co-facilitated this stakeholder forum of representatives from female veterans and veteran families organisations. The forum was a government election commitment to provide a platform for female veterans and veteran families to raise issues directly with the Government and Department of Veterans’ Affairs. The Minister of Veterans’ Affairs and Minister's advisors were also present during the forum.

Service Provider Forum: Aged Care Services Case Management Forum
Department of Health

We planned and facilitated a stakeholder consultation forum of aged care service providers from across Australia. The forum enabled the government to better understand of the different issues relating to the provision of long-term case management for clients with complex care needs.
